As an Assistant, they support daily salon operations, gain exposure to the environment, and learn the flow of services while preparing for hands-on work behind the chair.
From there, they advance to Stylist, where they begin building their foundation within the No Lye Lifestyle brand. In this phase, stylists focus on developing their technique, learning product knowledge, understanding client care, and aligning with the standards that define our salon experience.
With consistency and growth, stylists elevate to Signature Stylist—a core level within No Lye Lifestyle that represents strong technical execution, confident client experience, and full alignment with our service and product standards. Signature Stylists are trusted to deliver consistent, high-quality results and represent the brand at a high level.
From this stage, stylists have the opportunity to become Beauty Hubbers—independent professionals who operate their own business within the salon. Beauty Hubbers manage their schedule, build their clientele, and lead with confidence while continuing to uphold the No Lye Lifestyle experience.
This structured path allows every stylist to grow from learning the foundation of the craft to operating independently, all within a supportive and professional environment.
At No Lye Lifestyle, leadership is built from within. Our leadership team is made up of experienced professionals who guide, support, and develop stylists while maintaining the standards and culture that define our brand.
Each leadership role plays a vital part in creating a consistent, high-quality experience for both our clients and our team.
Floor Curators are responsible for maintaining the flow of the salon and supporting stylists in real time. They ensure that services are executed properly, assist with new stylist development, and help maintain a positive and professional environment throughout the salon.
The Training & Education Curator leads stylist development by providing structured training, technical guidance, and product education. This role ensures that every stylist is aligned with No Lye Lifestyle standards and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Other roles such as The Talent & Recruitment Curator and Location Manager contribute to the success of our team.
